ACCELERATING DRUG DISCOVERY FOR GENETIC DISEASES

Our discovery platform simultaneously evaluates drug efficacy, specificity and toxicity in single living cells over time

Genetic diseases affect hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Many result from the mutation or deletion of one gene copy, where the remaining healthy allele cannot compensate and produce enough protein. In many cases, restoring normal protein production levels can slow or even reverse disease progression.

Geneboost programs focus on the discovery and development of drugs that increase protein production from healthy alleles of haploinsufficient genes. Our technology enables real-time and non-invasive detection of protein synthesis specifically from healthy alleles for any genetic disease. Thus, we identify therapies by looking at what they do to disease genes at the most fundamental level of biology.

Geneboost is seeking strategic partnerships and collaborators interested in early stage drug discovery projects and services.
